could someone please reassure me that aetna united healthcare hmo will give me a quick approval?

Hi. I was aprovedby Aetna US Healthcare HMO in about 11 days with no problem at all. I had my surgery about three weeks ago. My starting BMI was 52, 5'7", 325 pounds, acid reflux, sleep apnea, osteo arthritis, high blood pressure. I hope you hear from them soon. Good luck to you!

I had AETNA, and it took me a month before I heard anything from them, and then I was denied, and had to appeal. The whole process took 3 months or so, and I had the surgery in August of last year. If you have any questions, or want more details, email at [email protected]

I was approved by Aetna USHC (HMO) in 24 hours with no problems at all, it was shocking! I've always heard that Aetna had a good reputation for getting claims back to the patient within a week. Good luck to you.
