Question:
Has cigna INDEMNITY ever pay for this surgery?

I have seen that Cigna PPO has payed for several surgeries. Has anyone ever had cigna INDEMNITY, and had their surgery payed for?    — Marshal T. (posted on February 7, 2001)

Dear Marsha, My husband and I have Cigna PPO, and we had the choice to go with a HMO, a PPO, or Indemnity. We choose PPO, but one of my husbands employees went with Indemnity and was approved after fighting a denial. It really depends on if you have a exclusion clause along with the Indemnity, and of course you will have to pay more then a HMO or PPO. Please check into it, and Good Luck. No matter what FIGHT IT....:o)
