Question:
Looking for a Great letter to help me write mine to send to the insurance company

I have read every posting during my wait for my surgery. In reading them I remember letters that were written to the insurance companys that were to help get approval. My friend was all set to have the surgery...date and all...and the insurance company denied it. So now she has to fight..they want her to go on anotheer supervised diet before they will approve it. Her Doctor is the one who brought it up to her and he supports her fully.What I was hopeing is that those of you that had to fight and have your letters saved to help others..If you would send them to me or tell me your name and I will find it in the site.
