Question:
Has anyone who works or has worked for CSC been approved through Aetna?

CSC is self insured through Aetna, who administers the Open Choice PPO for CSC employees. My surgeon has submitted the pre-determination letter. It was received by Aetna and sent to Medical Review on 5/17/01. How long does it take for a response? I was told this week that reviews take between 4-6 weeks.
