There is Dr. Janet Blanchard that works out of University Hospitals (Lake East) and she is wonderful! She is a very highly respected plastic surgeon and I know personally that she does great work. She is the who performed my mothers breast reduction and some other procedures. A friend of mine also had breast implants done by her. Good luck!
