Question:
Has anyone been approved by BC/BS of Alabama, PPO?

I was approved by BC/BS. After the surgeon submitted his letter, had to provide them with medical records showing two years of supervised diets. The only advice I'd give is to call and follow up at least weekly. I don't have very much patience, though. You may be better at waiting than I am. Good luck! :-)

I had a very easy time dealing with BCBS of AL. I didn't have to have the 2 year diet history or a physc exam. It was all very painless and took less than 2 weeks for the approval. Good luck!
