Looking for a WLS friendly PCP in the Oakland/Bay Area.

Hi.. I live in San Leandro, and I have just recently taken my daughter to Dr. Kenneth Harley. He is very supportive of WLS, and made a referal for her which was denied because she is 15, and 278lbs. He seems to be a very open and supportive of WLS. I had a DS in Brazil in September. Dr. Harley's # is 510.351.2100
