Hey Guys!!!! I dealt with these morons. I was approved after 30 days. What's their problem??????

I was worried that I was going to have a hard time as well. I have CIGNA HMO and everyone I talked to said they were horrible to deal with. I was approved after an appeal letter and have had no further problems with them. I feel very blessed to be on my way to surgery ( the 19th of this month!) when others who have worse co-morbids than I do are still waiting. I don't know why they approve some while others have to fight them endlessly.

I mis-spoke in the previous post and meant to say that I feel blessed that I'm having surgery but feel <b>bad</b> for others having to wait/fight. Sorry! :-)
