I didn't quite understand your question but if need a Dr. that takes Medicare/Medicaid. Dr. Merrimen takes these two insurance and Christus Shumpert does surgery. My out od pocket was only 45.00 for nutritionist visit. He is affiliated with liv-lite.com Check there. They may have a Dr. close to you. However I highly reccommend Dr. Merrimen. He is fantastic!!
