does anyone know anything about beechstreet insurance ppo?

I have Beechstreet PPO and was approved 1 week from when I met with the
surgeon. I had all my stuff together before I met with him. Get all your
medical records sent ahead of time if you can. I also did a complete
medical history on myself and my family, and also wrote a letter to the
surgeon/insurance company. Good luck!

I had Beechstreet PPO (IHC Plan) and was approved within a few weeks of
submitting my paperwork. This insurance company was awesome about WLS,
probably because my plan didn't have an exclusion. Read your specific plan
to make sure there's no exclusion.
