Question:
Is AETNA PPO stalling....they told me it would only take 30 days to review

my appeal...i have been calling them every day..they keep telling me that the medical reviewer has it...then they sayd the nurse has it...they keep going back in forth as to who has it...why are they doing this to me..HAs anyone else had this problem with aetna ppo?? I just emailed you privately about this insurance company. Just be persistant and don't give up! I haven't heard of Aetna flat-out denying this surgery after a few appeals but I could be wrong. Click on insurers and read what others have written about Aetna. Good luck!

I went thru the same thing with Aetna PPO. Very frustrating. But hang in there. They did approve me the first time after the 30 day review. Good Luck.
