Dont know about the Dallas area, but here in Oklahoma City we have a team of Drs that take Cigna HMO and the hospital is very cooperative also. Its Mercy Health. Good Luck

I don't know if they accept your insurance, but I highly recommend the Bariatric Treatment Center (BTC) in Wylie, Texas.
