Question:
How come some insurance companies exclude Weight loss surgery for some and not others?

all the insurance companies that I have looked at like blue cross, united health care, Aetna, they all say weight loss surgery is excluded,,,but I have seen a ton of profiles, where that exact insurance has paid for the surgery.. how is that possible?    — tylerswife (posted on April 8, 2001)
