Question:
INDIANA-individual plans that cover?

I have BCBS but i do not have a 12 month DR supervised diet. It really seems impossible that i will get coverage through them. I am willing to pay for individual insurance if i know they will cover most of the bill. Anyone with info about medicaid and basic requirements would be of great help too!    — Bethany M.
