Could texas rehab help me with paying what my insurance doesn't?

I gross under $11,000 a year.with no complications,my out of pocket will be at least $3,600 thats including my $400 deductable.I have two small children and I live with my mom.Will Texas rehab help with me having insurance?This operation will mean better health and getting a better job.Any ideas or answers would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.    — Lisa W.
