Has anyone used CIGNA HMO of CT ??

I work for a large national bank, and the insurance we have does not bar any types of surgery, but, I am waiting, albeit patiently, for my approval, but, I am very scared they will not approve.... ( the dumb luck, i have had all my life.... ) Can anyone give me pointers to deal with the waiting, and to deal with the denial, if it happens ? If so, you can email me privately...
