Help Needed WIth Appeal Letter

i have bcn michigan i was denied because my bmi is 40 and i do not have any comorbids with a bmi between 35-40 you must also have one of the following appnea,hypertension,heart problems. i have none of the above. i do have high colesteral and asmatic bronchitis.i am writing an appeal and need help. i feel like i am dying from this weight i carry.    — Sheryl L.
