Question:
Has anyone had the surgery who went thru the AETNA plan at AT&T?

Please let me know what type of response you get. I have the option of switching to Aetna through my husband's company and would love to know how they view WLS.Kathy

Don't know of anyone personally only that when I was contiplating my surgery, my aunt, who works for AT&T in Houston, TX said that that surgery was nothing to be afraid of because a lot of women on her job had the same procedure done. She said she knew about it not because they were broadcasting it but because a few of the women would be in the ladies room after lunch consuling each orther because of vomiting and they had not yet learn to control it or something.

I have Aetna US Healthcare. They require you to be 100 pounds overweight and that you participated in a medically supervised weight loss program. I only did WW and JC and Nutri-System with my doctor's blessing. I failed miserably at them all. I am still trying to get approval. :0 (
