Question:
How do I get approved and being denied 3 times?

I am subject to sudden cardiac death, if I don't get this surgery, my heart valves are inflamed from an auto imune disease. Also does any one have a current and correct address for the lawyer Walter Linstrom? he is not at the San Diego address any more.    — Pam M. (posted on June 9, 1999)

Have your cardiologist write a very strong, graphic and detailed letter describing your medical condition and write one yourself and appeal the rejection to both your insurance company AND the State Insurance Commissioners Office! IMMEDIATELY! and FERVENTLY!!!! My prayers are with you!!!!! Sherrie
