Question:
Has anyone ever heard of this before? Health Alliance Plan Elligebility Rule to have WLS

I just called HAP to see if I am elegiable for the surgery, a very nice lady said that it is available for Federal Government employees and Senoir Plus members only. Has anyone ever heard of this before? I am in Michigan. I have not been to see a surgeon or my PCP yet, just researching about the surgery at this time. i did the exact same thing with hap and yes they said the same,but the btc gave me a procedure code to ask about (please forgive me but i forgot what it is) but after calling back with the code number asking is that covered they reported it was. i guess they have it listed differently. i really hope this helps
