how to get your approval approved after first letter denied when you are appealing

It depends on the reason they denied your request. Make sure you follow your policy when doing any appeals. You have a certain amount of time to get the request in to them. Send everything return recept requested, keep notes of any conversations you have with them and what was said. I to am fighting UHC on this. I will e-mail you some links to sample appeal letters.
