Question:
Has been approved by Oxford Freedom Plan lately? I

have a consult on May 15th 2001. I am so worried that I will be denied, or will have to fight them tooth and nail to have it covered. Also, what were the qualifications, and what was required by Oxford to approve? ( what kinds of tests, exams, etc.) All info will be greatly appreciated. This site is awesome! WEll, I was approved in January, 2001 for my surgery on january 25, 2001. :) Oxford is known (at least at my surgeon's office) for being one of the more accepting insurances with a quick approval time (usually 24-72 hours). I was approved for the laparoscopic BPD/DS with gallbladder removal. This site also has an insurance place where people list the different insurance companies and their experiences with them. all the best,
