I have BeechStreet and never had a problem getting approved. I had my surgery on 2/5/01.

I have Beechstreet PPO through Pacific Annuity and Life. I was approved over the phone -- as soon as the doctor's office called them to get approval. It took longer for the doctor's office to get the call out than it did for the insurance company to approve. -- GOOD LUCK!

Hi Keisha I have Beechstreet through my husbands work, the only problem I have had is finding a surgeon in my area through the Network, I have what is called an EPO Premium Plan..so far I have a pre-cert..but I know I'm along ways away from an authorization.
