Question:
Does anyone have any experience with the texas Health Insurance Risk Pool insurance-

I have not dealt with the risk pool insurance for Texas. I do know that a family member I know had the risk pool insurance for Kentucky. I know our risk pool is Blue Cross & Blue Shield PPO also. They approved my family member and she had surgery. Months later she received a bill saying the insurance company is refusing to pay for it. They indicated that there is a one year waiting period. We finally settled the bill with the doctor and insurance. May sure you read the fine print at the bottom. Good Luck !
