Does anyone have American Medical Security PPOM?

I am in Michigan and my policy has an exclusion for treatment for weightloss or exogenous (whatever that is) or morbid obesity including but nlt gastric bypass, stapling, etc. Anyone dealth with them yet?    — stephanie418 (posted on February 8, 2003)
