Tenncare Select for Medicaid C, now they are switching to Medicaid T...HELP!!!

I have had Tenncare Select for 6 mths now. DHS said I have Medicaid C, and therefor have Tenncare Select. I just got a letter in the mail that said in 10 days that I would be switched to Medicaid T....Does anyone know what the difference is and if I am going to have to start this process all over??????
