Has anyone submitted claim thru Trigon Blue Cross Blue Shield (Key Advantage) in VA?

I have Trigon and was approved in les than 2 weeks.I had been trying to lose weight by working with a trainer and following 2 programs suggested by my Dr.The documentation was there to also show my health problems due to obesity. I am SO BLESSED to have this surgery! I had Dr. Rutledge and he is the best! Good luck!
