Question:
BTC is my center. Does anyone know if I will definitely have to pay a deductable or 10-20%.

I have Aetna ppo ins. I am confused with ppo and hmo. I am going through the Bariatric Treatment Center. What if they are considered In Network... I know that usually has to do with hmo's and I can go to anyone but if they are considered in network... will I maybe get covered at 100% for the surgery? I am also trying to get approved through BTC in Ohio. When I went to BTC, I asked them if they were in my insurance network. They told me they are not part of any network, so any coverages are not covered in-network. Now BTC in Michigan may be different...but you can call them to see. They seem very knowlegable about insurance carriers. Good luck to you.

Remember that the in-network deductibles usually apply if you need treatment that can't be provided by an in-network doctor........ie, RNY gastric bypass.
