Question:
Has anyone got approved through United Health Care who works for Pepsi Co.?

I was told that the company pays for their policies and decides what exclusions to include. I was told that Pepsi Co. does not cover the surgery even if United Health Care pays for the surgery through other employers. The first thing I woudl do is get your benefit summary or explanation of benefits and check your exclusions/limitations. If it is part of your benefit then you shoudl have no problems. If its not part of your benefit.. heck I'd still try.. do the appeals and talk w/ your benefits people at work. Its a long process but many make it work.. I hope to be one of them too. I work for my insurance company and its clearly excluded.. I'm tring anyway.
