Has anyone been approved through United Health Care ppo who works for the Limited Co.

Well, I don't work for The Limited corporations. But, I do have United Healthcare EPO. Everyone I know that has tried to get this surgery using United Healthcare has been successful. Good Luck!

I had UHC PPO and couldn't get covered. Then again, the insurance company said it was a PPO but the MO department of insurance said it was a HMO so who knows what I had.

I have United Healthcare PPO and got approval in 48hrs. I had the docs office fax it over.
