I haven't seen anything regarding PPK (Preferred Plus of Kansas).

I have PPK and they have given me a big fat "NO". In my policy it is listed under exclusions that gastric bypass is excluded for the treatment of obesity. I am going to try to fight that it doesn't say "morbid obesity".Good luck to you.
