Help! Been Denied by Kaiser, Need to know how to appeal!

Get a copy of your policy. Your employer's HR dept should be able to give you one. It will have the instructions for how to file an appeal.

did they give you a reason why they denied you? I was appoved after doing "everthing" they had asked. and It took about 1 year to do so. one requirment which was kinda hard, was losing 25lbs. I know if I hadn't I would still be waiting
