Question:
Need a copy of letter to either/orDept of insurance,HFCA,,congressman etc

In need of a good letter without curse woords but stern asking for help from Dept. of Insurance, congressman HFCA, consumer advocate etc. My insurance company has denied me twice for petty reason, and is being unprofessional and misleading. Having worked in the insurance field for 25 years, I can tell you that writing to the state insurance commissioner will get their attention. My advice would be to state the facts with dates, fairly and honestly. Keep it straight forward and avoid emotional statements, but do state negative consequenses due to delays. Attached documentation such as denials, would also help. Good luck.
