Anyone has experience on appeals with state of New Jersey?

I have been denied by Health Net 3 times, now they say I have to appeal with the state of new Jersey? I need information on what happens at these procedures and how much more humilliation I need to take. Thank you    — Luisa H. (posted on April 2, 2002)
