Be specific.. whats going on? I would be willing to help in anyway I can. I've worked in the insurance industry for over 8 years now.. so drop me a line and tell me what is going on.

I will gladly try to help you with your insurance company, but like the others said, I need more info. Update your question with who you are insured with and what communication you have had with the company. Also, your BMI and comorbidities. Thanks.
