Question:
Anyone gone through obesitylaw.com?

Has anyone used Mr. Lindstrom in obtaining approval? If so, how does he work do you pay up front? Does he tell you if you even have a case and no charge is given if not? Are you billed once approval is given? Half now Half when approval? Help!!!!!    — rinkadinktx (posted on September 27, 2001)

I have used them recently and cannot praise them enough. They are efficient, ethical, committed to equal rights for the obese and low cost. It took them 2 weeks to get my denial overturned. My retainer was $600 and worth every penny. K

Woops ... I didn't answer all your questions. You need to pay the retainer up front but they are frank with you about whether or not they think they can help you. Their site also asks people to contact them whether or not you have all the funds for the retainer up front so I would recommend that you call and talk with Kelley or Walter. They are good folks.
