has anyone recieved approval from indiana medicaid

Stormy, I did little research for you. Go to the "insurers" link at the top of any page. Click on your state, Indiana. You will get an alphabetical listing of insurance companies that members of this site have dealt with. There are several who have had approval with Medicaid. Included is their e-mail addresses. Maybe you could e-mail them your specific questions. Hope this helps. Shelley

Yes i have, and I had a long drawn out battle with them. If you want some information email me, but take liberty to read the whole insurer part of my profile. They can be rather difficult, or they can be easy.. Depends on who has your case. I'll be more than happy to help you with the stuff you need to get started..
