Does anyone have any information on Choice Care vs. TouchPoint with Humana?

I'm in the process of selecting a new insurance carrier for our group, and want to choose one that will not give me the best chance of authorization for WLS. It seems to me that Humana has a very good track record for authorizing most of their insureds, but I'm wondering if anyone has info on Choicecare vs. Touchpoint??    — [Anonymous] (posted on January 19, 2002)
