Question:
Has anyone been approved by PHCS/Teamcare Central States Southeast and Southwest?

Hi. I had PHCS for our first insurance. First they denied me, then they
approved me when I sent an appeal letter. The reason for denial was they
found it not medically necessary but apparently my appeal letter changed
their minds :) Our insurance switched right after my approval to BCBS. But
thought I'd let you know about PHCS :)

Carolyn, call your union office. They should have an insurance person
there that can call Central States and find out. I used to be the
insurance liasion for Local 767 about 10 years ago and found out this kind
of info all the time! Good Luck!
