i checked your ins. companies website. dr Haicken in largo, (he is my surgeon and you have a good chance of getting in soon), Dr. Rehnke in St. Pete, Dr. Murr in Tampa, Dr. Butler in St. Pete/Lakeland. These are all listed as providers under your ins. company. Although, I would suggest that you ask from the get-go if they accept your ins. good luck
