Question:
Anyone with experience for an enrollee hearing with UHC?

UHC policy varies, it depends on whether it is a fully insured or self-funded type of policy (meaning who is at risk for claim payment, the employer or UHC) It also varies by state depending on state mandates (which do not apply to self funded policies). Best wishes.
