Hi, does anyone have Cigna ppo who lives in Dayton or works @ Emery Worldwide?

I have United Health Care of Ohio but will have Cigna PPO this Jan. I am wanting WLS and wondered if anyone locally has problems with this insurer? Also, can anyone recommend a WLS friendly PCP who takes CIGNA PPO in the dayton area? Thanks so much! This site has been such a blessing for me:0)    — blank first name B.
