Question:
Pacificare HMO Approval?

I have Pacificare HMO through Washington State Employees. I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten past the written exclusion and if so how? I have been denied once, and my doctor sent a second appeal for me. Was wondering if and how to get approved with these guys. Thanks in advance.    — LadyAnticipation (posted on February 21, 2003)

I was approved with pacificare HMO in California. First try i was approved in about 2 weeks. but every state could be different. Best of Luck to you on your journey!
