Question:
how long should I wait before I call the Insurance Company?
My letter to the Insuance went out a couple of days ago. How long should I wait until I call to follow up on the letter or should I wait until they contact the doctor or myself. — Marsha M. (posted on July 8, 2000)

Hi, I spoke with my WLS rep,,she told me my letter went out around 6/26 and
that she would be contacting the insurance co. 7/14. I asked her if I
should contact them. She asked that I did'nt until after the 14th due to
too many inquiries may throw them off and prolong the process.
