Question:
Can anyone help me find a plastic surgeon

I had the Gastric Bypass on October 2nd. 2002. So far I have lost 107lb. I feel great!!!!!!!! Now I am having a problem only with the extra skin on my body. I really need to find a Plastic Surgon in my area that will take my insurance. It is too hard for me to travel that is why I really hope I can find a doctor here. The area I live in is Metairie, Kenner & New Orleans in Louisiana. I am sure their is a doctor out here in my area that will take my insurance I just can't find one. You can always check with your WLS doctor...perhaps they have a plastic surgeon they have used before. My strong recommendation is to seek only a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Check www.abms.org to find the qualified docs in your area.
