Question:
Does anyone have a personal letter they would like to share with me?

I am wanting to put together a personal letter for my ins. (I haven't yet had a consult just want to be prepared). I am hoping to have wls next year when we get our new ins and I want to be totally prepared when I go for my consult. Has anyone written a personal letter (containing their dt. history, personal effects that being MO has had on you and the medical effects, etc,) Anything anyone would be willing to share with me would help.
