Question:
Has anyone gotten approval for surgery coverage throught the Ohio Vocational rehab ?

My friend is really wanting to have wls, she is overweight and is currently recieving unemployment benefits and has a very limited income, she has absolutely no insurance (Iwould say her weight is around 300#s). She has no access to the internet and I told her I would check into this for her, as she was thinking that there would be no way of her getting wls, and I mentioned this to her and told her I would find out what I can. I don't know if you are still looking for answers for this, but I recently contacted them to find out for myself. You basically have to prove from your employer that the person is in jeopardy of losing their job or being obese interfers with the individuals job.
