Question:
I need help writing a letter of medical necessity!

I have picked out my surgeon, gone and seen the dietician and the psychiatrists. Lost my 10% pre-op weight and I am still having problems with my insurance. Does any have any have some help on a letter that I can send or my doctor can send to them, that my get them to change their minds. (They being Lifeguard) Thanks, Meghan    — Meghan B. Go to the library...there are several there. Also there are quite a few books with samples as well.
