Question:
Does anyone have medial thight lift pictures with the panty line incision?

I am having a thigh lift with the panty line incision, incision in the crease of the leg. I would love to see some before and after pictures to see what to expect. If anyone is interested in sharing I would appreciate it very much.    — missysworld (posted on March 1, 2005)

I had a medial thigh lift in October 2004. I have before pictures but have not taken after pictures. To tell you the truth my panty line incesion looks great, but I am not happy with the middle of my thighs yet. They still have a lot of excess!! My PS is going to do a revision and add a lateral scar next time to get a better shape. I had this surgery in May. The incisions are now a fine pink line. I will say that even in less then a year, gravity has pulled some of the skin down. The incisions are NOT in the same place as they were right after surgery. I had 4 inches of excess skin removed from each thigh. Even though it has pulled down about an inch in one leg and about a 1/2 inch in the other leg, I'm still pleased with the results.

My experience is very similar to Patty H. I had my surgery May 2004. My incisions look good, however, they are wider than they were right after surgery. I think that gravity impacts these incisions. I think my incisions are a little bit lower than they were as well but, like Patty H, I am very pleased with my results. My thighs are not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but I will wear skirts that are just above the knee and I am no longer self-conscious of my legs. I had lost 110 lbs. pre plastics. I had my thighs done at the same time as my LBL and I am so very glad I did. I love the results.
