Anyone been approved by united healthcare hmo choice of Baltimore for a RNY bypass???

I have United Healthcare Choice Plus of Baltimore. I was also denied due to an exclusion clause. I am fighting it, because the clause states "obesity" and not "morbid obesity". I hope you are still fighting and having better luck.
